ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Following the refurbishment of Restaurant Hywel Jones, this project focused on introducing the restaurant's refreshed interiors while showcasing the craftsmanship, atmosphere and attention to detail that define the Michelin-starred dining experience. Alongside the guest journey, we captured the process from kitchen to plate with the team of chefs, creating a versatile collection of assets for immediate and long-term marketing use.
